Our Food Pantry Moves from Curbside to In-Person Service

Adhering closely to the requirements of the COVID-19 Phase II Interim Guidelines for Communities of Faith, our Food Pantry began offering in-person service to our clients this past Thursday morning for the first time since mid-March.

Clients were invited into the Food Pantry after being screened for illness. In order to ensure room for safe physical distancing practices, no more than two clients at a time were served. Both volunteers and clients were happy to see the Food Pantry scaling-up its operations!

As a member of the Rhode Island Food Bank, the Trinity Food Pantry serves all those in the surrounding areas (Scituate, Foster, and Glocester) without regard for religious affiliation.

If you or someone you know in the surrounding area is dealing with food insecurity and is in need of assistance, please encourage them to email foodpantry@trinitynorthscituate.org, contact the parish office, or visit us on Thursdays between 9am and 11am.

NOTE: Due to state-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to allow your reusable shopping bags at this time. We are more than happy to provide you with bags. Thank you for your understanding.
