Reimbursement / Check Request Form
If you have been working on one of our ministries and need to request reimbursement for a purchase, this is the form you need. Please complete it, have it signed and approved by your ministry’s chairperson, then place it in the Treasurer’s mailbox. Reimbursement forms are usually processed about once per week.
Parish Member Directory
Due to a “phishing” scam in which the scammer was able to obtain a copy of our directory, we are no longer able to offer copies of our parish directory online. If you need a copy for ministry use, please visit the parish administrator and request a paper copy of the directory.
Service Hours Request
Youth members of our parish who need service hours for National Honor Society, Scouting, or other organizations are welcome to perform service here at Trinity and will receive a letter from the rector indicating the hours served. If you have performed service hours that you wish to receive credit for, please download the form below, complete it, have it signed by the chairperson of the ministry in which you served, and place it in the Rector’s mailbox in the undercroft.

From time to time, we will have opportunities to serve at Trinity and within our wider community. You can usually find sign-up sheets on the bulletin board in Aldrich Hall and often, here onlin.e
