Farewell Brunch for Fr. Bill & Ethel! Posted 10/11/17
With the announcing of our new
Rector, Fr. Bill's time with us is now coming to an end. His final Sunday will be October 29,
when there will be a farewell brunch to say goodbye to Fr. Bill and Ethel. Sign up sheets are in the back of the church to indicate your attendance and what you will bring. The Welcoming Committee has asked that we have one service on that day, so
there will be one celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 9:00 am.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!! Posted 10/11/17
... to everyone who volunteered
before and during the turkey supper!! The event went off without a hitch and everyone seemed to enjoy the experience. We got very many compliments on the delicious food and
even more compliments on how well we work and come together as a parish family!! I am sure most of us spent Monday recovering.
Thank you to our chairpeople Levond Jones, Kathy & John Morgan, and Rick & Jill Shurtleff. It
looks like we served approximately 575 people all together... that darn weather slowed us down a bit.
Help is needed on Thursday evening at 6:30 to put together turkey pot pies. Jill will be preparing all ingredients on Tuesday and Wednesday evening so that Thursday will just be assembling them. Please consider sharing an hour or so to help her, and another successful turkey supper will be complete!!
A special thank you to Tom Bowden for his engineering help with the parking lot. This is a reminder to
maintain the integrity of the lines. Please note that the lot is one way. You must circle around the lot to exit. Thank you!

Halloween Village at ECC Posted 09/26/17
On Saturday, October 28th
(rain date Sunday, October 29th) the Episcopal Conference Center will be holding their first Halloween Event. Each church in the diocese that chooses to participate in this event is assigned to one of the cabins on the property. Trinity Church has been assigned to Townsend, one of the boys' cabins. Each church is to decorate their cabin with a theme (not scary) the morning of the event and which is to be completed by 1:00.
The schedule for the day will be as follows:
1:00 - 3:00: Fun activities in the pavilion and barn.
Hayrides for all on the property of ECC
3:00 - 3:30: Costume Parade
3:30 - 5:00: Trick or Treating to each cabin.
This a great and fun event for everyone (young and old) at Trinity to be apart of. I am the contact
person for this event, but I am asking for a couple of folks to help chair this event with me. If you are interested in chairing, please contact me at 647-7444 or email@example.com.
There will be two sign-up sheets, one located at the back of the church and one in Aldrich Hall for those who
would like to help decorate Trinity's Cabin. — Thank you -- Megan Picozzi

About Your Pledge Posted 01/09/17
If you made a pledge, you should have envelopes in the back of the
church. ELECTRONIC AND AUTOMATIC TRANSFERS FROM BANKS OR ACCOUNTANTS should also have envelope packets for Holy Days.
If you do not find envelopes and have made a pledge, please contact us.
Some envelope #'s have been changed. We have ordered fewer boxes to
save on wasted envelopes so the numbers had to be changed to accommodate this.
Remember, it is not too late to make or increase your pledge!
Parish Support Volunteers Needed Posted 01/09/17
Readers, ushers/greeters, and chalice bearers needed for both the 8:00

Nursery Volunteers Needed Posted 01/09/17
We are seeking volunteers to help in the Trinity nursery. The nursery is
utilized by our youngest members, and is staffed by a licensed childcare provider, Michele Pinault. However, there must be two adults
present at all times, per Safe Church Practices guidelines, so we ask for volunteers to fill that second spot on a rotating schedule. We are
currently seeking at least 4 more people to add to the list. If you are interested, please contact Janet Heywood at email@example.com. Thanks so much!
