Advent Barn Service Posted 12/13/17
Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 5:00pm
The Episcopal Conference Center
This year marks our 5th year offering this special Advent service in collaboration with Church of the
Beloved in Pascoag. The service, offered on the 4th Sunday of Advent is a brief and lovely way to set aside quiet during a busy season. We light the Advent Wreath, recite
prayers, a reflection is offered, and we sing, all of which is offered in front of a fire in the fireplace. After the service everyone is invited to join us in the house for a
simple soup meal. The house will be decorated for Christmas and you are welcome to walk through and enjoy the décor.

The December meeting
date will be changed to the first Sunday, December 3rd, rather than the second Saturday to accommodate the December Fellowship at Patrick's Pub. The New England Patriots will be
playing the Buffalo Bills at Buffalo. Game time is 1:00 PM. Patrick will be supplying food during the half time. This is always a great time to sit and chat and get to know each
other better. Mark your calendars!

There are several Sundays that have
openings for flowers to be offered in celebration or as a memorial. The cost for these flowers is $40.00. Please give me a call, and I will try to help you find a day that is
important to you. My cell is 401-527-2933, and home is 401-647-2933. Feel free to leave a message on either number, and I will return your call. — Cindy Averill
We're looking for these! Posted 05/02/17
If you have a fob at home that you no longer need to be using (maybe look in that kitchen drawer?) we would
like to get it back. You can drop it off in the church office between 9 am and 1 pm, or leave it in the drop box in the outer office. Thanks for your help.
About Your Pledge Posted 01/09/17
If you made a pledge, you should have envelopes in the back of the
church. ELECTRONIC AND AUTOMATIC TRANSFERS FROM BANKS OR ACCOUNTANTS should also have envelope packets for Holy Days.
If you do not find envelopes and have made a pledge, please contact us.
Some envelope #'s have been changed. We have ordered fewer boxes to
save on wasted envelopes so the numbers had to be changed to accommodate this.
Remember, it is not too late to make or increase your pledge!
